Your Username is the email address you used when registering for a portal account.  If you have forgotten your password and still have access to your email, you may select the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password.  If you need a complete reset of your portal account, please contact the school site. 

If you have not registered for the Parent Portal and need an access code, you may have received an email with this information.  Please check your Spam or Junk for an email from Illuminate Education.  If you did not receive this email, please contact the school office. 

2019-2020 School Year Emergency Verification Form is now available to fill out.  Please verify that all information is up to date and correct for the upcoming school year.  

The forms will be available from May 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019. 

Once logged into the Portal,

  1. Click on “Forms” found on the left side of the screen.

  2. Any forms that require completion will be listed.

  3. Click on the link at the far right called “Fill it out” to verify/change as needed.

  4. If there is information that the form will not allow you to change (e.g. home address) you will need to contact your school office. 

  5. Submit the Form

You will need to complete the form for each child for which you are providing emergency information. To access your other children, select the drop down arrow near your child’s picture to access his/her form. Each child requires a separate form. If you cannot see all of your children from one account, please contact the school office.
